A licensed nurse takes the night.
You sleep.
Every nurse holds a valid license, checked before you see their name. We call references, run meticulous checks you pick, and interview them with your questions. We send the nurse to your door.

The caregiver's first name, license verification through Nursys for RNs and LPNs, and an interview by a registered nurse using your own questions. The caregiver records an answer to each question, we listen first, and then you hear every answer.
Jayson Minagawa, a registered nurse, does it himself. He reviews every caregiver before they are listed, verifies nurses' licenses, and listens to every recorded interview before you hear it.
You are. Your family hires the caregiver directly, so you are the employer, and Night Nurse is not. Some states and cities give domestic workers rights such as rest breaks and notice. Talk to a tax or legal adviser about the rules where you live.
Tell us. A replacement is free within 14 days of placement, and members get free replacement for as long as they are members. We set it up with you, and you then choose from the caregivers you have unlocked.
