One $250 deposit unlocks up to 3 caregivers. Each unlock shows their first name and starts their vetting: license verification for nurses, and an interview by a registered nurse using your own questions. Each unlock after the third is $250.

Choose your caregiver and pay one flat placement fee, less one $250 deposit credit. Their last name, phone and email are released to you right away. You agree the schedule and pay them yourself.

Send a free request with your nights, budget and home. Jayson, a registered nurse, posts it as a job without your name, reads every caregiver who applies and suggests the ones who fit. They show up in your portal, ready to unlock the same way. Or ask for a call and he talks it through with you first.

Free, with no account
- A photo of each caregiver
- Their title: RN, LPN or newborn care specialist, never a nurse unless licensed
- City and state, years of newborn experience and specialties
- The nights they can work and their hourly rate, which you pay to them
- Whether we have checked their nursing license
When you unlock
- Their first name
- License verification for RNs and LPNs, and an interview by a registered nurse using your questions
- Every recorded answer, once we have listened first
- Optional checks you add, each with its own price
When you hire
- Their last name, phone and email, released the moment the placement fee is paid
- Your contact details, shared with them at the same time
- Before that, caregivers never see your name or contact details
What you pay, and when
Two kinds of money. Never mixed.
Our fees are flat and paid to us. Your caregiver's rate is paid by you, to them, and we never take a share of it. Night nurses commonly charge $45 to $85 or more an hour.
Your caregiver's rate is separate and paid to them directly. Covered, at $6,500, bundles a licensed nurse placement, every check and backup cover. The optional backup membership is $199 a month, offered after you hire.
What we do

- Listen to every recorded interview before you do
- Find a free replacement within 14 days of placement if the match does not work out
What we do not do
- Employ your caregiver. You hire them directly
- Take a percentage of your caregiver's pay
- Provide medical care. For medical questions, call your baby's doctor
- Charge you anything to browse or to send a request
