Night nurse cost and pricing
One flat fee.
Never a percentage.
A night nurse costs two things: their own hourly rate, which you pay them directly, and our flat fee for finding them. Here is every number.

One placement fee when you hire. $1,250 due after your $250 credit.

Night nurse hourly rates
What 12 weeks really costs.
Night nurses set their own rates, commonly $45 to $85 or more an hour depending on city and experience. Twins often add $5 to $10 an hour. You see each nurse's rate before you unlock them. See typical rates in your city, or read the night nurse cost guide for taxes and insurance.
You hire your nurse directly, so you may owe household payroll taxes as their employer. A household payroll service can handle this for you.
Example only. Your nurse's rate and schedule are agreed between you and them.
Flat fee vs percentage agencies
Many agencies take a cut of every hour. We do not.
A $500 search fee plus 25% of everything your caregiver earns. Same 12-week example as above.
Flat, for a licensed night nurse, whether you book 6 weeks or 6 months. Plus the checks you choose.
Percentage example based on published Seattle agency fees of $500 plus 25% of caregiver earnings, October 2026.
Backup newborn care membership
Covered when a night falls through.
We have not found another newborn care service that offers a backup membership. It covers our referral work, not your caregiver's pay.
- A backup caregiver within 24 hours
- Free replacement while you are a member
- Schedule changes coordinated between you and your caregiver
- A weekly check-in with a registered nurse about how the match is going (education only, not medical care)
