For caregivers

Caregivers keep 100% of their rate and pay nothing.

We introduce vetted overnight newborn caregivers to families across the US. You set your own rate and schedule with each family, and the family pays you directly.

How listing works

Only RN and LPN applicants are listed as licensed night nurses. Everyone else is listed as a newborn care specialist or postpartum doula, because state law reserves the title nurse for licensed nurses.

Families pay us a referral fee. We never take a cut of your pay, and we never ask for your Social Security number on this site.
