Nothing runs until you unlock a nurse. You choose which checks we run, and every result comes back to you before you hire. Here is each check, and who does it.
Newborn care specialists
No nursing license, so their menu swaps license verification for a certification check. Every other check is the same, and we never call them nurses.
Your questions
You never interview a stranger.
After you unlock a nurse, tell us what you would ask before hiring them. We add those questions to the screening interview. You do not speak with the nurse during screening, and you see every answer before you meet.
"How do you settle a baby who won't take the bottle at 3 am?"
"When would you wake us up?"
"Are you comfortable with our dog?"
What vetting is, and is not
We run only the checks you choose, and only for the nurse you unlock. Checks are a screen at that point in time. You make your own hiring decision after your interview, and you hire and pay the caregiver directly.
